WHAT IS GLAMLY?

Glamly creates perfectly styled outfits and sends them straight to your door! You can select a plan, single box/set, or shop for single individual items.

WHEN DO THE SUBSCRIPTIONS SHIP?

Once you receive your survey, you can expect it to ship in approximately 4 weeks.  This is an approximate ship date, not a promise date. In stock single items or sets usually ship within a few days. Sometimes during clearance sales we have a higher volume of orders and shipping may be slightly delayed.

WHAT COMES IN THE SUBSCRIPTION BOXES?

The basic box plan will include a top and 4 accessories. We also have plans that allow for the full collection. Plan subscribers will receive a collection preview and survey each month to select any applicable sizes and jewelry color.  The accessories will coordinate with the theme and may vary from the collection preview at times if a featured item becomes unavailable. Add on's such as pants, wallets, purses, shoes, etc are available at an additional cost. Subscribers may also skip boxes without it counting against the plan!

ORDER ISSUE (DAMAGES/DEFECTS)?

Please check all of your items immediately upon delivery..

—Damages/Defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery. No exceptions.

—If you are missing an item or have an incorrect item/size, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

1.  Items may be returned for store credit if they are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with tags still attached if applicable. 

Returns MUST be received within 14 days of DELIVERY.  

2. Please complete the return slip in you package and follow instructions.  We do suggest delivery confirmation/tracking.  We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package did not contain a return slip, please contact us for return instructions.

3. Once we receive your item(s) we will contact you via email within 2/3 business days with your return credit information.

Shipping & handling is non refundable.
 

*Please note: once orders are placed they are final. We can issue a store credit, but no refund.

** CLEARANCE Items and Bras/Bandeaus are non returnable

We ship to the United States, France, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, & the United Kindgom.  If you are interested and your country is not listed, please contact us!
